Saint Francis HealthCare Partners (SFHCP) Provider Relations staff know how valuable their members' time is and how challenging working through managed care issues can be. They've worked for our managed care partners and know how to efficiently resolve managed care problems including issues related to policy interpretation and claims processing. SFHCP Provider Relations acts as a liaison between SFHCP members' offices and all SFHCP contracted payors.
SFHCP Provider Relations is responsible for coordinating all non-medical education programs, including the SFHCP's Annual Managed Care Fair, payor inservices, coding seminars, publication of the SFHCP quarterly newsletter, Milestones, publication of HealthCare Innovation a SFHCP quarterly newsletter for the payor community and production of streamlined payor policies and procedures.
